Used to configure prefix codes for Quality Control point, Quality Check, Quality Alert, Failure Location

Step to configure prefixes: 

• Step 1. Go to Quality module →  Settings →  Prefixes menu
  • Quality Control point
    • Quality Control point Prefix: Enter the prefix for Quality Control point(e.g., "QCP-").
    • Quality Control point Number:  Enter the starting Quality Control point number. Set this field to 1 if you want to start from the beginning.
    • Quality Control point Number Format: select one of the following formats:
      • Number Based (000001): Sequential numbering (e.g., 000001, 000002).
      • Year Based (YYYY/000001): Includes the year (e.g., 2023/000001).
      • 000001-YY: Includes a two-digit year suffix (e.g., 000001-23).
      • 000001/MM/YYYY: Includes the month and year (e.g., 000001/10/2023).
  • Quality Check
    • Quality Check Prefix: Enter the prefix for Quality Check (e.g., "QC-").
    • Quality Check Number: Enter the starting Quality Check number. Set this field to 1 if you want to start from the beginning.
    • Quality Check Number Format: select one of the following formats:
      • Number Based (000001): Sequential numbering (e.g., 000001, 000002).
      • Year Based (YYYY/000001): Includes the year (e.g., 2023/000001).
      • 000001-YY: Includes a two-digit year suffix (e.g., 000001-23).
      • 000001/MM/YYYY: Includes the month and year (e.g., 000001/10/2023).
  • Quality Alert
    • Quality Alert Prefix: Enter the prefix for Quality Alert (e.g., "QA-").
    • Quality Alert Number: Enter the starting Quality Alert number. Set this field to 1 if you want to start from the beginning.
    • Quality Alert Number Format: select one of the following formats:
      • Number Based (000001): Sequential numbering (e.g., 000001, 000002).
      • Year Based (YYYY/000001): Includes the year (e.g., 2023/000001).
      • 000001-YY: Includes a two-digit year suffix (e.g., 000001-23).
      • 000001/MM/YYYY: Includes the month and year (e.g., 000001/10/2023).
  • Failure Location
    • Failure Location Prefix: Enter the prefix for Failure Location (e.g., "FL-").
    • Failure Location Number: Enter the starting Failure Location number. Set this field to 1 if you want to start from the beginning.
    • Failure Location Number Format: select one of the following formats:
      • Number Based (000001): Sequential numbering (e.g., 000001, 000002).
      • Year Based (YYYY/000001): Includes the year (e.g., 2023/000001).
      • 000001-YY: Includes a two-digit year suffix (e.g., 000001-23).
      • 000001/MM/YYYY: Includes the month and year (e.g., 000001/10/2023).
• Step 2. Click Save
